A Look Inside the Crystal Ball: What's New at the EEOC

Ever wish you had a crystal ball and could see into the future? Well, now you do. In this session you will learn what is important to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. And, when you learn what is important to the Commission today, you will know where its enforcement efforts are headed tomorrow. You will learn about the agency's select task force on harassment, leave as a reasonable accommodation under the ADA, sexual orientation and gender identity, arrest and conviction records, pregnancy, the agency's paperless charge processing system, and its strategic enforcement plan.
