In this Session, you will learn:

Larry D. Smith is a Graduate of Stephenville High School and Tarleton State University. Currently the Senior HR Training Specialist at Tarleton State University.


Previously he was with SSC, Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Halliburton and Brown & Root, Inc. He is an Organization Development Practitioner with extensive training and management development background. 


He is a seasoned manager in Higher Education, Construction, Maintenance and Manufacturing and a results-oriented leader at effectively managing change with a broad client base from new-hire millennials to senior executives.
