About Mitch Beckman:

As Vice President of Human Resources, Safety, Health, and Environment for Webber, LLC, Beckman is charged with leading talent acquisition, development and performance and along with the leadership team, accelerating the company forward. With over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Beckman is often sought out as a speaker in the areas of leadership, communication, HR management, organizational performance, and safety management.

He is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Association for Talent Development (ATD) , Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America and AGC of Texas where he sits on several committees and teams as it relates to human resources management and development initiatives, and is the past president and member of the HR Houston Board of Directors.

He received his B.S. from the University of West Florida and holds Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications.
