This program will focus on Affirmative Action and the OFCCP's past, its present direction and what the future might hold.

William H. Weissman, Esq.

William Hays Weissman is a shareholder in Littler Mendelson, P.C.’s Walnut Creek, California office. William specializes in employment taxes, contingent worker issues and OFCCP and affirmative action audits and counseling, as well as general employment counseling and litigation. He advises employers of all sizes, ranging from single-person start-ups looking to hire the first employee to Fortune 100 companies with sophisticated human resource, payroll and in-house legal departments in a wide range of industries. He is a frequent speaker and author on employment issues. Having previously worked for the government and holding both an M.B.A. and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation in addition to his JD, William understands the business and legal perspectives employers need to consider when addressing any employment problem.
