Collaboration at Work: It's More Than Teamwork

Have you ever had another group where you work make a change and the first time you found out about it was when it negatively impacted your group? Why does this occur? Generally, it is a result of poor collaboration between groups. Good collaboration is a very active and dynamic process and has at its core communication, cooperation and caring. Going beyond the typical “teamwork discussion,” we will explore why poor collaboration occurs and steps to improve and enhance inter-group collaboration.
