Staci Benavides
Staci has been in the HR profession for over 17 years with experience in many different industries such as healthcare, technology, retail, and manufacturing. She is currently the HR Manager for Great Lakes Cheese; a cheese packaging plant set to open in Abilene in November 2022.
In addition, she is the President/Owner of LoneStar HR, LLC, an HR consulting firm specializing in Employee Life-Cycle Management, Training, and Organizational Operations in the Big Country area.
Staci has her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Hardin-Simmons University in Business Administration with emphasis in HR.
She holds certifications for SHRM and HRCI. Staci is a member of the Board of Directors for United Way of Abilene and Day Nursery of Abilene. She is Past President of Big Country SHRM and is the currently Programs Chair for 2021. She is also District Director for District 2 for Texas SHRM.
Staci is married to RJ, Director of IT for Datroo Technologies in Abilene and proud mom of almost 2 year old son Robert David.
