No one wakes up in the morning excited about tough conversations. Let’s take the scary out of the discussion and make this a constructive part of the day!
My hope is to leave you with real-world examples and easy action plans. As human resources professionals it is our role to facilitate these talks while maintaining a productive environment.
Holly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a heavy concentration on employment law and management behaviors as well as her Master of Business Administration. Her designations include Professional Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Certified Public Manager with the State of Texas (CPM).
In her 20-plus year career in Human Resources, her titles have ranged from Director to Chief in multiple industries including: manufacturing, banking, insurance, government, and technology. Holly enjoys the legal side of Human Resources involving policy development, disciplinary actions, and investigations. However, her favorite part is management and communication training.
